2019 Merry Christmas Hampers

This year 230 food hampers were prepared for delivery on December 21st to families in need in Camrose and area. Groceries, including turkey, ham and oranges, along with toys, books, mitts, hats collected by the Kinettes Silent Santa program provide for a joyful Christmas. This effort has lasted since 1965 on the contributions of our community. Our thanks to Chuck and Lois MacLean for the vision, and John Hare, Mike Wetsch, Bernie Boser and Larry Schultz for the leadership over the years. Businesses and community groups have been donating for many years and often contact us before we contact them. Some like David at D&D Sales and Rentals this year hears about our program and says 'Here, will this help you?' Our volunteers include many who were children when they started accompanying their parents on deliveries. The parents still volunteer also. We cannot thank you enough.
