John Stoddart has been co-ordinating volunteers to tend the Salvation Army Kettle at Walmart on the Saturdays leading up to Christmas.

This year members and a spouse of the Rotary Club of Camrose and the Rotary Club of Camrose Daybreak tended the kettle and handed out candy canes to children. They reported that Saturday December 21st donations were brisk as Walmart Canada was matching donations up to $100,000 that day.

Thanks to Odell, Mike, Dean, Morris, Lou and John for volunteering their time to this worthy cause.

I apologize for the stock photo, ClubRunner wouldn't let me upload the picture of John. I guess it saw the money in the kettle and decided I might be looking to counterfeit it.
